Welcome to the 2010 season of the Youth Tackle Conference of the Inland Empire, Inc.
As one of the largest youth programs in the Inland Empire, we strive to provide the focus of bridging communities to unite youth, families, football and cheerleading throughout the Inland Empire. We do this by maintaining credible leadership, supported by a balanced, diverse, and effective Board of Directors and members.
The members of this conference have One vision… One goal…. One Mission… that is dedicating time, energy, mentoring, and resources to our youth. We are confident that you share in these ideas and visions and look forward to working with you to inspire the youth of your community.
As a chapter that is part of this conference, you, your members and your participating parents are the role models for all the young children in the community. This is something that we must not lose focus of as these children in our communities are the future of our communities. Show them how much dedication you have for them, on and off the football field. Show them the commitment you have to giving back to the community in which they live.
The Youth Tackle Conference of the Inland Empire, DBA Inland Empire Jr All American Football and Cheer’s goal is to promote youth football and cheerleading in the Inland Empire for many years to come. Our vision is to ensure that all youth in the community have the opportunity to participate, learn, and build their character. The objective is for all involved in this great sport to not only learn the game of football, but also learn sportsmanship, respect, team spirit, pride and self-esteem.
As a non-profit organization, we want our communities to know that the Youth Tackle Conference of the Inland Empire is about the kids and that all community support goes directly to the program. Participating in this conference requires a considerable investment in time, organization and leadership. Everyone involved is required to adhere to all of the rules and guidelines as set forth by this conference and understand that we practice the rule that the safety always comes first.
